quiet, holds alot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought this about a month ago. love everything about it, only thing is that the plastic dishes dont get as dry as the others, even at hotter water. but till a great wash, love the quietness

Door Skin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is it possible to change the door skin as the installers dented it by using their knees to push it in. I have not been able to use it yet but will write a review when I do.

Horrible drying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even though I use a drying aid I still have to hand dry all of my dishes and the inside of the dishwasher is always wet also. I've seen other brands that cost even less and they don't have the problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as an open box unit and could not be happier. The dishes, including glassware, was sparkling. The upper shelf, which I did not see on other units, was very handy for serving pieces. The adjustable upper shelf came in very handy. The washing process was lengthy (129 minutes) but very quiet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

cleans dishes good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a couple issues. The installation was a pain. Drain hose to long, it has a plastic fitting for the water supply which leaked. I had to put sealant on it to stop the leak. Don't care for the control panel being on top. If you don't get the screws super tight they will scratch the control panel, which happened. Can't change preset settings. You can't adjust water temp or pressure. Other than that cleans good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

EricM, thank you for taking a moment to tell us about your dishwasher experience. Your model will allow some adjustment of water pressure and temperature. Please see page 5 in your Owner’s Manual for instructions for adjusting the wash pressure and temperature. Please ensure you run the water in the sink until it is hot (like you might do before entering the shower), before starting a cycle. The incoming water should be at least 120°F.
