WON'T DRY THE DISHES

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two service calls and it still won't dry the dishes. Cleans okay and it is quiet, but wet dishes are a major downer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Based on the model that you provided, it appears that your dishwasher has an effortless drying system instead of a heating element or fan. It is recommended to use rinse aid and leave the door slightly ajar after the cycle to help with the drying performance. I hope this information is helpful. DOES NOT DRY DISHES - HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING!!!

THIS IS A VERY DISAPPOINTING PRODUCT! THIS MODEL WAS MORE EXPENSIVE AND LOOKED GOOD BUT DOES NOT COME CLOSE TO RUNNING TO THE OLDER DISHER WE REPLACED THAT WAS ABOUT $200 LESS! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. NO HEATING ELEMENT TO GET THE DRYING TEMPERATURE NEEDED TO GIVE YOU DRY DISHES!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not Their Fault

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looking forward to all of my new Frigidaire appliances after major kitchen remodel. After washing a load of dishes, they seemed to still be wet even several hours after completion. Technician advised us and pointed out that new dishwashers don't have a heating element in the bottom due to new energy regulations. He gave us some pointers on how to assist in drying and getting the most performance from our purchase. Not real disappointed, I could still be hand washing and drying.

Super on cleaning and so quiet
