Hate it hate it hate it

I have to wash the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher or they don't come clean. Water temp. is plenty hot. Wish I had my old dishwasher back.

Oh no! Mynewhouse, I apologize for any frustration your dishwasher experience may have caused you and your family. If; your water heater is set for at least 120°F, you are running water in the sink until it is hot (like you would do before getting in the shower), you have tried a longer cycle, the dishes have been loaded properly, your water pressure is between 20-90 PSI, you are using a water softener if your water is hard, you are using the correct amount of fresh detergent, and the spray arms are not blocked, you may need to schedule service. Loose Racks

It looks good, it runs quiet, and the third rack is a nice feature for large utensils. The indicator light projects a large green dot on the floor after the cycle is finished so you know it's ready to be emptied. The smudge proof stainless stays clean and only the handle needs to be wiped more often. The racks are loose, and there is a lot of play when opening them, especially the bottom rack compared to other models I have used. When using the drying feature, the items in the top racks are still wet and need to dried off by hand. If these few issues were resolved it would be a 4 or 5 star appliance, but I give it an average rating of 3 stars.

You want to ensure that the air dry is not selected. You also want to ensure that the incoming water is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit and that you are using rinse aid. Using rinse aid assists with your dishware drying properly. I certainly hope this helps.

Does not clean dishes

We bought this five months ago and dishes do not get clean!

Hello Twin Parents, I certainly understand your dishwasher is not cleaning your dishes. I would recommend using a rinse aid if you are not using one already. I would also check that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to get proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Also check the incoming water temperature to be sure it is not less than 120°F (49°C) at the sink closest to the dishwasher.

Does good Very quiet.

We've had this machine for about a month now. It runs very quietly. Currently it doesn't seem to clean the dishes well as we'd like, however that may be because we need to be more familiar with the machine or turn up the water temperature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Super quiet

I love my new Frigidaire dishwasher! It is so quiet that sometimes i walk over to see if it is still working. The dishes come out super clean. It is also very easy to configure the washer to load whatever size dishes I have to wash. I would highly recommend this dishwasher!

Quiet operation

It doesn't dry the dishes because there are no vents to let the steam out. And the bottom tray has stops that won't allow it to fully extend until you lift it up and out.

Loud

The unit does get dishes clean but is much louder than the old machine. We have called service tech and thy just say it is supposed to be like that. If that is true this is an expensive unit to be inconvenienced by the loudness every time you run it. Lastly the unit does not dry dishes at all. We bought a whole package of Frigidaire appliances and by far most displeased with the dishwasher.

do not like the loading options

I am finding it very hard to load my dishwasher as my plates only fit in one slot and that leaves me with an area on both sides that are unusable. I have not found a pattern to be able to load my dinner plates, small plates or saucers.I had more loading options with my previous dishwasher where I was able to load several different sized plates and bowls. The same goes for the middle rack, the bowls do not fit either. I have to use a lot more space and run the dishwasher with smaller loads. The only plus I have found with the dishwasher is the 3rd rack which I absolutely love for serving utensils!
