Compressor went bad after just 3 years

Compressor went bad after just 3 years!
LG's extended warranty program is a joke bc no one wants to repair the units. Took 3 weeks to get someone to do it. I waited for 8 hours one day and the repair person never showed up. I took me 15+ phone calls and countless hours just to get the repair scheduled. Customer service was horrendous. The reps were rude and condescending. I was able to finally get someone to help me, but it took weeks. I will never buy another LG product again!

Really Great Fridge

It has a very clean look with all the features you want In a luxurious refrigerator. I love LG products and this is very easy to use. This is one of the best I have owed in the last 7 years that was resonably priced.
Pros: easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought ours on 9/11/2015 and lasted for a year an 9 months. Thankfully we have extended warranty and we probably will get a brand new fridge since today the technician tried to fix it for the 6th time and couldn't. They have changed the compressor, several valves and other things. No use and frustrating since its been out of service for a month. Also the water dispenser and ice makers provide poor service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 2 months ago. The lighting inside is SO bright. The space inside is HUGE! I love the door in door feature for quick access to milk and beverages. Freezer space was larger than I had anticipated.
