I've been using it a few days and I really love how much battery lasts and how comfortable they are to use, especially in the gym. I am very satisfied with the product

Good product with a few flaws

Overall, this is a good product, with excellent sound quality and a style that is all too easy to forget you are even wearing. And, the volume and responsiveness are perfect
There are a few problems that prevent this from being a great product, though. Among the more prominent issues are: - The magnets that hold the earbuds in place are extremely weak, causing the earbuds to fall out. - Connectivity issues: Overall, the connectivity is good, but the slightest amount of pressure on the left-side of the neck-wrap (the side with the phone on it) and the connection is lost. - The On/Off switch is difficult to turn on. - Ambient Noise Cancellation (ANC) is very weak / almost non-existent.
Despite the flaws mentioned, these are good headphones - especially when you are aware of the design issues - and I would recommend them.
Pros: Quality
I would recommend this to a friend!

First LG product I ever bought that was average

I don't like the neck strap it will lets the device slip around on my neck. The microphone doesn't pickup my voice as well as previous models have. The audio however is above average.
Pros: easy to use
I would recommend this to a friend!

Somewhat disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality on calls is excellent. However, I'm very disappointed with the quality of sound when listening to music or streaming audio. The sound extremely choppy and will often cut out for up to 30 seconds. Is there a fix for this?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quality is good battery life sucks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The headphones are good, however the 20 hr standby and 10 hr talk time is far and way less. I get about 4 hours standby time and 2 hours talk time. When charging initially the charge light is on but then it goes off and I never know when they are fully charged. Even after charging over night the battery still drains within 4 hours. Horrible at it's best.
