So close, needs improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used my HBS-800 for a little over 6 months. I wear it every business day for 8-10 hours at a time. The ear bud cables are too short to allow wearing under the collar of a shirt and not tug when I turn my head. Previous models had longer cables.
The magnetic earbud attachments are a joke. Once you are finally able to fumble your way to attaching them.. they simply fall out. Very frustrating.
Battery life is good, LOVE aptX and ANC is quite good especially considering the price point.
Make the earbud cables longer and fix the magnets and you have a 5-star winner.

The odd time people will cut out while I'm talking to them but its usually because of where I am or how far away my phone is at the time.

It is full charged and same issue on different phones(Iphone 5S/Galaxy S5). Sometimes the voice talks really slow. Would not recommend for extend use.
