Horrible Range

I live in a condo that is about 1000 sq feet. I cannot have my phone charging in the living room and go into my bedroom without losing connection. I cannot walk outside to the porch right out the front door and get connection either. I've never had a headset with such awful range. I am very disappointed as I like the concept and don't lose these like the ear ones. Just wished they worked better.

Left Ear bud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had to return this product about four times each time the left ear bud stops working. I am having to send it back again. this time I want a refund.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works excellently well for a while but then the problems begin. Bought an expensive set and if they lasted six months was a miracle. Always issues with charging or not turning on. I'm better off buying cheaper disposable ones! Hurts the pocket less when they go dead silent on you.

Love this headset

This headset is comfortable to wear. The sound is great I use them on the plane a lot and the noise cancellation works great. The only problem I have has is the wire clips break off easy. But lg sent me new ones for free. The sound quality is amazing for talking and listening to music. Last but not least people can hear me clearly on a call.

Badly redesigned vs HBS-730

I love my HBS-730 that are still working after about a year of steady usage. I saw that they had been redesigned so I went ahead and bought the HBS-800 thinking they would be even better. So disappointed!
1, the earbuds are harder to get back in. This makes a big difference when a device is being used day in and day out.
2. The on off switch is harder to get at operate.
3. The 730s casing is round and the 800 has a sharp feeling edge to it.
Conclusion: I am shocked and dissapointed that a team at LG would redesign a product and have it turn out like this! I am returning the 800s and I am going to stock up on 730s before they are gone forever. Please be aware of counterfeits when you purchase. The 730s are being faked and it is hard to tell if you receive a fake. The best way to know is the quick start guide will be missing and the charger is one piece and not two like the LG.

LOVE THESE HEADPHONES

I love the tones. I got them last week for my bday and have used them to listen to music, conduct conference calls, and listen to podcasts. I can even dictate emails through iPhone keyboard. I dont know how I lived without them. They last for a day and a half in full use.

LG Headphones do not last

This is the second set of headphones I've had fail on me in a matter of months. The first worked great for about six months and just stopped charging, so it was unable to power up. This one never worked right and gave up after two months. The hands-free buttons were iffy from the start and less than two months after I received them, the earpieces started get provide static. Later that day, no sound at all. I'm done with this brand and I recommend going elsewhere. I've wasted my last dollar on LG.
