Go with a different headset

I've had this headset for 6 months. It has been in for service and was either repaired or replaced. 2 months later it is dead again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased this item yesterday and Im already selling it to someone else because the range for this bluetooth is horrible, I went from my room to the kitchen and it kept telling me to connect. I have a small house.

Bought this to replace my Blue Parrot. I am going back to the Blue Parrot. This is terrible. Poor sound quality. Sounds like I am under water and very garbled. Lots of back ground noise comes through. Not worth the money I paid for it at all.

Love the design and convenience. Sound quality is outstanding. On and Off switch needs a new design push button instead of slider. The On and Off slider is seems fragile. It doesn't fit state of the art design of product.

i hope you change earbuds like iphone style

I never like this style of headphones.because hurt my ears from them and for total listening experience they need to press them to ears for feel bass power
why not to create one like iphone 5 style earbuds

Sound as good as 730.
Power switch difficult to operate - very stiff.
Ear plugs don't stick to cups well.
New light position is good.
Charging door doesn't want to open.
Comfortable fit.
Good battery life.

I bought the HBS800 used. I've had in for a year. I thoroughly enjoy this headset.
I also own the LBS900 however if I had a choice I prefer the richer bass in the 800.
I would like if the earbuds retract like the 900's do. But I don't mind. These 800's have great acoustics in my opinion.
