Samsung should refund me for my ST devices

st started off good in 2018 but has been on a steady decline since then. samsung has left me without any means to control my st devices twice by updating the st app and making it not compatible with my samsung phone and tablets. last time i updated my phone and tablet, in the summer of 2021. now again both are not compatible! well fool me once samsung... i am not only getting rid of my st but every piece of samsung tech is being replaced now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy set up and the amount of hardware to link to it makes this to me the best smart home hub available.

Better and Faster

i upgraded from the v1 hub to the v3 hub. i had 37 devices to migrate and once everything was moved over to the new hub, i was pleased with the speed of execution as well as utilities that come with the v3 hub. it does what's it's supposed to do and if it's anything like the v1 hub, it should last a long time.

I have purchased the hub with a bunch of sensors. Everything paired very easily. All the sensors gave a prompt response other than the arrival sensor which did not work at all. The issue we are having is the his drops off and becomes inactive constantly, very unreliable. If it was dependable I'm sure this would be an amazing addition to anyone's smart home integration. Because it's unreliable and is constantly dropping off it makes this unit useless most of the time. What's the point of having sensors on doors, Windows, leak sensors, motion sensors, ECT if they won't be working when you need them too. If we were to get a leak in our basement we have better odds finding out our selves vs the smart thing hub because the amount of time the hub is down.
Advise.... save your money do not buy, look at other hubs and other brands. Very disappointed customer.

Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, will not keep an active status

Received as present and will not work with anything. Can not get the access code to work or wireless system do not recognize the Smart Things app or devices.

i am trying to control the hub via the app on my galaxy note 9 - which is a samsung product. but the app buttons overlay the phones buttons on the bottom of the screen, making the app unusable. this is the same company. poor qc.
