I am a big Otterbox fan and I think the protection the case provides is the best on the market. Nonetheless, I am not a fan of the plastic covering over the phone, it is not sensitive enough and I really wish it wasn't even there. I can take it off, but I am concerned it would impact any warranty. Also, with the iPhone 6s Plus, it's just too bulky of a case. I had it for the iPhone 6s and that was fine, but the case makes the larger phone so larger it's not even comfortable for a male to put in his pocket. I am not a fan of using a belt clip so I am stuck with how to carry it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

if you are looking for a phone case that will protect your phone from damage then you need to purchase an otter box. This is my third otter box with my upgrade of iPhone and my trade in phones were always in mint condition.

The otter box is great! My phone gets lots of tough use daily, and it's a relief to have it protected by such a STURDY cover! My last one lasted 2+ yrs. and I was glad to be able to find it again on the web!

Not only does the case provide excellent coverage, it looks good. I chose my own colors for the Defender. I have not had the problem with the plastic screen cover that others have reported in the past. Since I have only had it a couple of weeks, I can't report anything about protection from dropping. But, best I've found and I looked at a lot of covers.

I'll tell you how much I love your product; Otter Box Defender Case. I have 2 blackberry playbooks each in an Otter Box Defender case, I have an iPad in an Otter Box Defender case, I have a BB z10 phone in an Otter Box Defender case, and since I upgraded to iPhone 6s Plus, that is also in an Otter Box Defender case!!!!!!!!
