The belt clip for the iPhone 6+ could be better

I've had to buy 4 replacement holsters for the iPhone 6+. Always breaks at the same place, where the clip hooks around a belt. I now have a spare for when it happens again. Getting expensive. Otherwise I love the Otterbox, just not the clip.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are so sorry to see that you've had this unusual run of bad luck with the belt clip/holster for the OtterBox Defender!
Although we do pride ourselves on making the toughest, most protective cases on the market, we definitely designed those belt clips to give way at a certain threshold in order to ensure that our Otter friends and fans don't get hung up in any precarious situations.
Obviously, we aren’t expecting anyone to have to go through so many units, but if this should ever happen in the future, put your wallet away and give our friendly Otters a call at 1-855-419-7417 instead, and we'll be more than happy to send any warranty replacements necessary to make sure your device is safe and sound and locked in place!

I have had an otter box for about 5 years now. I am prone to dropping my phone so it has saved me a fortune. I now have an iPhone 6 Plus so I wish they would sell a camouflage version. Great product!!!

Run over by a truck!

Getting back from a hike I left my iPhone sitting on top of my car. Drove off, got on a limited access highway, and heard it fly off the car after about a third mile - maybe a half. Had the displeasure of seeing it bounce down the road. Stopped to run back and pick it up. When I almost got to it, a pick-up truck ran over it! Distressing. The point of this review is to state that my Otter Box Defender protected the phone (the screen was still intact and the phone worked fine - did get the phone reframed - it was a little bent). Went out and immediately bought a new Otter Box.

Overall, I like the case very well! There are only two cons that I have with the case.
1) Moisture finds it way into the case very easily. If you are doing anything that causes you to sweat, I have found that there always seems to be condensation on the inside of the clear Apple logo window on the back of the case.
2) The Built-In Screen Protector. This is only a minor con, but I feel that the built-in screen protector should be a bit more durable. It scratches very easily and is a HUGE finger/smug magnet!
