Excellent product except I absolutely hate the window that shows the Apple Icon on the back of the phone. There should be an option if you want the window or not???

Can't access headphone jack

I happily purchased the Defender case for my iPhone 6 Plus. When it came, the slipcover covered the headphone jack. The hole for the headphone was incorrectly placed so I couldn't use my headphones with the case. They sent me a replacement slipcover but it had the exact same problem. It must be a design defect. I only use my phone with headphones so this will not work for me. I am so bummed out. Also, the screen protector makes it difficult to use the touch screen. So disappointed!!! I hope I can get a refund.
Cons: headphone jack inaccessible

The case is not dust proof and when you pay for 2 day air you still don't get it until 5 days never will I buy another case
