I bought this OtterBox about a month ago and it is very hard to plug into the charger and if water gets near it you have to take it all apart to clean it

We’re sorry that the charge port door on this Defender is making it challenging to plug in your charger. This is not typical as it should be secure enough to keep dust and dirt out but allow for easy use when you want to recharge your iPhone.

I drop my phone so much that it's almost a sport. I was in college with an iPhone 5s. Someone had bumped into me and my phone went flying down three flights of concrete stairs. There wasn't even a scratch on my phone. I had the defender on then and I've never turned back. I work for a cell phone company and otter box is the first case I recommend.

Love it. Back for a replacement

Excellent protections and just what I need.
I want a replacement because I had stickers on the our case and it left a residue and I managed smudge the screen protector. So I want a shiny replacement
This product does make the phone bigger -but it's excellent protection is worth it for me.
Would be nice to have some more designs or be able to upload photos!!

I have used Otter Box for a few years so I had no question I was going to use it for my IPhone 6 Plus. Over the years I encountered some rough usage situations, one of which I accidentally dropped the phone on the concrete (hard). The Otter Box had cracked and it was evident it was going to need to be replaced. The phone itself in immaculate condition and working perfectly. I knew then I would be buying another Otter Box to protect my phone.

Need more colors for iPhone 7 Plus

I love this phone case but I was very disappointed in the colors. I bought this case a few months ago and it wasn't a color I wanted because there aren't many options. I prefer to have more bright and colorful silicone colors for the new phone
