This phone is easy to use has greAt features. If you've had a previous version of galaxy you won't have any trouble. If this is your first you'll love it.

Best Smart Phone in a Long Time

I have had so many issues with phones since this whole smart phone thing started. I was at the point where I just wanted to go back to a simple phone that I didn't have to worry about the screen cracking all the time or it freezing up and just the normal garbage that came with the last three "smart" phones that I had. It is absolutely easy to use, I didn't have to try to relearn a new phone. Quite the surprise to tell the truth.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable

Nice phone

The phone is good but there are glitches still. When pressing any key repeatedly an orange box outlines the screen and the size increases. It gets all screwing and they can't fix it. It goes away when you go to the home screen but you might loose all your hard work. Also, the s-voice activates on it's own. It sits on Its own and it activates.
Strange things.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Best media phone ever

The camera on this phone is absolutely worth buying this phone. Add in beautiful design elements and it is the best phone you can buy right now!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, camera quality
Cons: below average battery life

Badly designed fingerprint reader

I liked my phone a lot until I started having problems with the fingerprint reader. I had close calls a few times and now my phone got reset because it didint' accept my backup password or Google account info.
First, the phone was reading my fingerprint just fine then I started having problems with it, plus I didn't know that you have only five tries to get it "right" (how can you get you fingerprint right or wrong? It is what it is). I switched from my fingerprint from my right thumb to my left thum - same story, fine again and then worse and worse. My phone is new, I don't have much on it, but the fact that I had to go through much hassle is VERY annoying, epecially because it's a new phone and should work properly.

My new Samsung Galaxy S6 far exceeded my expectations. I especially like the high quality photos, the speed of use, and the extremely user friendly layout. The help section is very useful. Thank you.
