Would love it if it worked right

I was so excited for the first week I had this phone. Then the problems started. So far, my phone has turned off in the middle of the night twice (fully charged AND plugged in!). I had to force re-boot it to get it to turn back on. It randomly decides not to have volume at points (even though the sound settings were set at maximum). Then, the flashlight doesn't turn off sometimes even when the button says it is off! I have to restart my phone to fix this. Of course unless you bring Verizon the phone with the problem happening, they refuse to do anything. Unfortunately, I do not have the luxury of letting my phone stay off or have the flashlight on or no volume all day, so I don't bring in the phone with the problem. I just got this phone not even a couple of months ago, and already have had this list of problems. My previous phone was an iphone, and did not have a single problem for YEARS. I'm very disappointed in this supposed "flagship."
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the best phone I have seen or used. It has everything you need in a phone. The camera is another great feature. It has the speed and is user friendly
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight

I really am happy with my phone. It's so classy and works well. The camera is amazing. Now I can take pictures of my family and have clear, vivid pictures.

I have had an Apple I phone for many years. It took some getting used to learn my way around the Galaxy S6. The learning curve was intuitive which made it an easy process.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight

I got this phone as a present and from the start, I loved it! The battery is lasting me from 7 in the morning to 8 at night at heavy usage! I would definitely recommend this to one of my apple-loving friends

I wasn't sure I would like the new phone as I was coming from a very basic and was afraid all the stuff that this phone now did would just be left at the way side so what was the point. I have really gotten into it keeps track of appts. play games when bored or just waiting look at email. It is very handy. I still would prefer a smaller version but all in all very happy.
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: Too big

it is a nice but but with in 1 week i was going over my data plan with all the up grades and new software. My S3 i never got close.
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: data use
