I went from using a Iphone to using the Samsung Galaxy 6s and the transition wasn't hard at all for me. I find that the Galaxy was just as easy to learn how to use. The phone screen is a nice size it isn't so big that it doesn't fit into my pocket. The speaker on the phone is really good as well. compared to my old Iphone where I used to have to put it into a bowel when i was playing music so that i could hear it. The only down side to the phone is the battery but as long as you keep it on the power save mode you can get about eight hours out of the battery.
I have used my Galaxy 6s for two weeks. Overall, it is a good phone, looks well built, but not an excellent phone in my opinion. I didn't feel any excitement after owning this phone except for the photos it took. It seems equipped with good camera. Other new features are not really interesting to me. The fingerprint scan function does not work well. It has failed several times to me. So, I totally gave up using this "cool" feature. This phone is heavier than my wife's new iphone 6s. Finally, I could only give it my three stars.
Pros: Durable
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the phone, it's very similar to my S3. It doesn't have some of the widget options I used on the S3 which is one of the reasons it doesn't have 5 stars. The camera is better, but the brightness control is too close to the other features selections and several time my screen's been so dark I couldn't read it because I accidentally un- clicked the 'auto' button on the brightness control. I can' t figure out how to change the pictures on the wall papers to my photo on the main display. I can change the 'lock' screen though. There are not as many controls on the ringtones. Used to have different ring tones for email/messages & custom for different people. Maybe I'm missing something.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight, good camera
Cons: limits on options vs s3
I would recommend this to a friend!

For the first time, I am sad I upgraded

I liked my s4 so much better. I am missing my hands free mode badly. I was annoyed that I had to download things that came preloaded with my s4, (such as S Note and a car mode (which isn't a good replacement for the preloaded s4 one) I do like the camera and the display is nice. Love the fast charging. Wish it had more similarities to the edge, like the flashing colors. The speaker on the bottom is annoying when watching videos. Not what I was expecting, or hoping for. Disappointed in a Galaxy phone for the first time.
I love my new S6, had the S4 before I upgraded. My only issue with the new design is that I can't use an external Micro SD card. This was one of my favorite functionalities of my S4, I think Samsung pulled it out to be more sleek in the design but wish it was still there.
From a performance perspective it works amazing, great battery extremely fast and the button layout is more intuitive.
I also purchased the Galaxy Gear 2 which has amazing integration with the S6 phone, this is a very production combination.
I love everything about this phone. In fact I'm using it right now to right this reveiw. The design of the phone itself if so much nicer than the others with the wider screen and better camera not to mention getting rid of the bad plastic back peice. It's got new better features and overall runs much better.
