Having owned (and still have) a Galaxy S4 and was due for a new phone per my service, I compared this phone with several other units' specs and reviews and decided this one suited me best. Of course the gold color attracted me and I wish it was available with greater memory since it seems the memory card slot is now becoming a memory, but such is life. The new screen is quite a good one in it's sharpness. The fast charge system works great when it becomes necessary to give the battery a boost and have little time to do so. A fingerprint sensor does well although it takes time to set up properly and picky once it has been set up about the placement of the finger. A little practice takes care of that and generally is faster than a swipe or password. Change in the left soft button action-it used to be about settings, et. al. and now closes apps. Combined with the minimization function via the center button, it makes shifting between open apps and closing all of them out to preserve the battery very nice. A nit; in Samsung's efforts to introduce an upscale style (which looks very nice) the unit becomes a bit thinner and uses materials that are somewhat slippery. Trying to pick up the unit from a table. . . very interesting. I solved that by getting a transparent silicone case that preserves the phone looks and makes it easier to bring out of pockets, etc. The new OS (5.1.1) did a number on where one would find the settings to set up things, but a little experimentation works wonders. The looks of some apps change and systems such as Google, Amazon, etc. are now bunched within a folder on the desktop to conserve space. It works. There are a number of apps that came along for the ride that I wish I could get rid of as I'll never use them, but that's the nature of the beast. The battery life of the unit is better than the S4 after the S4 upgraded the OS to Android 5 and, unless I really use the phone a lot during the day, could last me 2 days. I'm looking forward to the upcoming v. 6. The camera is unreal: sharper, more sensitive, faster and has a number of functionalities that can give SLRs pause. All in all, a worthy unit in the top tier and definitely of consideration.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight, camera better sound
Cons: slippery exterior

Have had the phone for two weeks and I like the phone alot. Upgrade from a druid max since I require the same size for my hand and pocket. Display is great and it runs like a champ. Battery could be better but that is minor.
Pros: Realistic color
Cons: battery
I would recommend this to a friend!

Although i have always really enjoyed my samsungs, my galaxy s6 has been disappointing in terms of performance. I have trouble daily with my phone freezing and the touch buttons on the bottom left and right not working.
I love this phone! I could not be happier. It stays charged longer than any phone I've ever had. It works great and has so many cool features. It takes awesome pictures! And, it looks so good. I have had bunches of people ask me what kind of phone I have because they love the way it looks.
