Excellent Upgrade

I upgraded to the S6 from the S4. Some of the features I am most liking include the dedicated folders for apps pertaining to Google, Samsung, Verizon, and the like. It did take me a minute to find the NFL Mobile app. The performance is great as my other phone was nearly 2.5 years old and a bit sluggish. My only problem (which isn't that important) is that my contacts doubled upon the import. But this will make me clean them up.
And I love the color. I chose the Platinum.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight

Easy transition from iPhone

I was pleased with how seamless my transition was from my iPhone. This is a very solid Android phone. My only complaint would be the relatively weaker battery life.
Pros: integration with google services
Cons: batter life

Not very good at setting up new phones ( OLD !!) but this was easy, even for a old guy. Easy to use awesome camera
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Durable

Great Phone

I have been with a iphone for the last four years. I was tired of there ios. Was due for a upgraded through Verizon so I went with the Samsung S6. I heard a lot of bad things about the battery and was not sure. Went ahead and got it. It has been far the best phone I have used in a long time. Had no problems with it . It works smooth and fast. No battery issues. Just getting use to the android system . You can do al lot more with it then then the iphone system. Great phone.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, fast
Cons: none

Had a Galaxy S3 for over 2 years traded up to S6 has all the features I was looking for. Data exchange was easy. Battery life is Ok. I use it a lot for data.

Excellent Phone, the back is glass

I like the phone. It is an excellent piece of technology. However, the backplate being a piece of taped-on glass is concerning. Most of the phones I've had prior had metal or plastic backplates. This one cracked a few days into owning it. I have since replaced the damaged back glass, but I now know that this phone absolutely requires a case at all times. A drop of not more than 3 inches spider-webbed the back glass of my phone... Aside from this design flaw, I really do enjoy this phone. And a case for the phone is not the end of the world, so it only loses a start for the flaw.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight
Cons: glass back, needs stronger glass, no sd slot

Already experiencing problems

I've had this phone for just over two weeks. Overall, I like it. However, at times, the touch screen lags greatly or does not even work at all. If this persists, I will have to get a new phone and it will most likely not be a samsung.

Cons: touch screen problems
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
