The Galaxy s6 has delivered on everything it was advertised it could do! I use this phone for my job and I am on it many hours during the day.

I just had bought the phone no longer than 6 months ago and it started saying battery temperature too low to charge.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I received the Samsung Galaxy S6 for christmas in December 2015 and have had it for over a year now. The phone I have is in sapphire black and has sixty-four gigabytes of storage. Samsung has done a great job of listening to the consumers and using that information to create an amazing phone. The TouchWiz operating system is easy to use and incredibly smooth. The phone is sleek and (for better or worse) thin.
The setup was simple and quick, taking me about 5 minutes to get the phone up and running. One thing i noticed immediately was that the phone was packed to the brim with bloatware. While this has an easy solution I still found it incredibly irritating and was not at all happy about it. The operating system (TouchWiz OS) is smooth and easy to pick up for someone who is using Samsung for the first time. The user interface is a bit “cartoony” which can be annoying for someone who wants a more professional look but this can be easily fixed by downloading a theme from the store. The main reason that I wanted this phone was the camera Right out of the box (In auto mode) the camera was decent but with a little adjustment with the full manual controls the camera can capture amazing photos and even rivals a dslr.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 is overall great phone. Of course, like all things this phone does have its problems the interface doesn’t look the best, and it can be a little finicky at times. But if you compare those with all the great things it comes out to be a great phone. If you’re looking for a good phone but can’t quite afford the newest flagship models this phone is definitely the phone for you.

Worst Internet in a Galaxy S series

Prior to owning the S6, I also had an S3 & an S5, wonderful Internet service in my home, however the service for this one was horrid from the beginning. First I exchanged phone for a new one, same problem. Then contacted tech support, who stated after doing a review that out of over 130 tries my phone only "hooked" the internet 45 times. I also explained that I currently own a Verizon tablet which I can sit next to the S6 which has consistent 4G Internet service. They sent someone out to check the tower, said no problems there, & that I am only 2.4 miles from a 4G LTE tower. So as you can see, no other explanation other than the phone was not built for anyone who plans on using it outside central city areas. I have spoken with others who purchased this phone & live in the country, exact same problem. So if you never leave the city or use the Internet, it's a great phone - fast operating speed, gadgets, etc. However, if you're looking for normal, reliable use wherever you go...I would advise against it.

Overall a good phone

I've had this phone for a year now, and have overall liked it. The only little issues I've had is that about 6 months ago, when charging, it says that I need to use the original charger and that it's not charging properly. Which I've been using. . So not sure what's up with that. The battery drains fairly fast. The day I first used it, it drained 10% in like 5 minutes. Now it last me a day.. Maybe from some of the apps I use.
But it's great overall and I'd recommend.

battery life is not so great, okay as long as you use it for just normal calls. some apps use the battery too fast. I recommend the wireless charger and just lay it on it when you would just normally set your phone down.
The phone tends to heat up with large Bluetooth transfers while on the wireless charger.
But the phone is amazing still.
