To me this is the best phone never got it has lots of great features such as a great camera because the camera is so HD the volume is so loud its real good my love the headphone quality that they put inside of the package that they give you an a so great I also like a good plan that they give you is tough at first but after that it's all smooth I also like that if your screen cracked they would fix it for you that's a great thing to to me honestly I do not like iPhones because to me they can break real easily and I don't know if they have any coverage over that but this this phone does
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, the camera

I downsized phones from the Note 4 so I could carry my phone more. I am getting used to the smaller screen, however I like the phone. Very powerful. Only downside is that I can't add a memory card or change out the battery. In the past my phones battery would start to run out quicker after a year. I would carry 2 batteries to get through the day without needing to plug in my phone. I am on the move a lot so I can't afford to stay in one place and wait for a charge. Time will tell if this battery last longer.
Pros: Lightweight, size
Cons: can't open back

Having owned several smartphones, and replacing them, usually at the 1 year mark, I have found myself in no-way, cheating on my current device.
I absolutely love this phone, its fast, efficient, has a beautiful display and, its super sexy.
Listen, I've owned iPhones, the entire phablet line-up form Samsung, and my wife has owned every Galaxy S, from inception (Who remembers the Epic?)
And I've got to say, this is, hands down, the best device to date!
Samsung, keep doing what you do, innovating, and playing around and being adventurous.
As a software engineer, and fellow tech enthusiast, I really wish Samsun would've kept its expandable storage option, but, this phones color (the Sapphire Black *its slightly blue*) makes up completely for any inadequacies you may encounter.
Pros: Bright display, premium, 4k mobile content, samsung pay!!!
Cons: expandable storage

The worst flagship device I've ever had in my entire life.

This is simply the worst phone I've ever used. It basically tries to copy the iPhone and fails. I can barely get to 4 pm on one charge and that's been consistent across the three devices I had. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone unless they're a die hard Samsung fan and want to buy a adaptive fast charging portable charger. The fingerprint scanner is decent, it did get better over time but I think I learned how to place my finger properly than the scanner actually improving in accuracy.
Pros: fast charging., beautiful display
Cons: Did not meet expectations, terrible battery, overheating, sub par camera, no dual tone flash
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
