Coming from a S5 this is both a downgrade & upgrade

i was previously using a Galaxy S5 & it was starting to lag with all the apps loaded, etc.
so i got a Galaxy S6, it was both good & bad (but mostly good)
As you may know the S5 was/is a water/dust resistant phone with a removable battery & expandable storage (main features i liked about it) but the S6 is not,
I like the new design on the S6, though it now feels like i should treat the phone with a lot more care (because of the glass back)
it is a great upgrade on terms of speed & new looks + the camera is one of the best i've seen on phones, i could have gotten a S7 (but I'll rather wait to see what samsung can deliver for the S8)
so i got a Galaxy S6, it was both good & bad (but mostly good)

Phone has been amazing. Great battery life. Flawless running of apps. Great size and screen. Love this phone and will upgrade to next Samsung when time is right.

The Galaxy S6 has proven once more why Samsung is top of the food chain when it comes to electronics! The camara is amazing, beautiful 16m pics, great focus and plenty of photo modes!
I have owned several Samsung phones, from the original S, the S2, S4 and the S6. I use it for personal and work, the S6 he does not slow down. I wait every two years to get a phone so I am very excited for the S8 to come out!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, Built-in speakers, i'll say durable one more time, high definition!!!
Cons: not very stable in hands without case.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Been using this phone over a year already... and still killing it. the only issue is battery life has decrease since the last 3 months!! kinda forcing the placement option,,
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Lightweight, camera
Cons: battery life

The camera is very good. The quality of speakers in HD voice is great. HD video calling is also great. The S health app is a great tool.
Pros: Durable, Lightweight

Battery life sucks

I do like this phone a lot, but the battery life would not allow me to recommend this model to anyone. I had the s5 and loved it, so I thought this phone would be better, it wasn't.
I hate that it doesn't have removable memory, so when my phone locked up and had to be reset(it was a bad phone and I got it replaced) I lost all of my pictures. My s5, that wouldn't have been the case.
The battery life is horrible. Everyone in my family has an iPhone and their batteries far outlast mine. I bought a mophie just to keep a normal battery life.
My guess, some of the changes they tried failed. The newer phone has the removable storage and I'm assuming the battery life will be better too. I love androids and have been overall pleased with my galaxy phones, I just feel this wasn't their best model.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: bad battery life, no external sd card
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
