The best surprise was finding that glare from room lights and windows does not reflect in the display. Picture quality is excellent, setup was easy. My only complaint is Audio Sync with the HW-J550 Soundbar requires constant attention when changing channels or sound effect modes; this gets annoying.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: poor audio sync

Love my new tv. We had an old projection tv. The difference is awesome. Didn't realize how bad our tv was until we got this one. The color and picture are so clear.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display

I purchased this TV 16 months ago...I really liked it, but it stopped working out of nowhere. I'm hoping for some support and answers from Samsung.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

All is great except WI-FI

Love it all expect that it doesn't remember the WI-FI, what is it with that??? I've spent way to many times putting in my SSID & password.

We love this TV, makes you feel as if you are in the picture 0¿0 So clear, bright and coupled with the curved sound bar/woofer it's great experience with TV and sound.

The TV has been amazing until tonight. It was delivered 5 days ago and tonight it will not connect to the internet. Am in the middle of proving that my home network is not the issue where the TV claimed to have a bad MAC address. Once the TV was factory reset it seems to have a MAC but still will not connect wired or wireless. I have multiple devices connected to the same router and they are all working just fine, otherwise I would not be able to write this review. I will update once this issue is resolved or the TV is replaced and not repaired.
