Bought two for the kids and it's a great tablet for the value, especially compared our Nook HD+ and iPad 2. Very responsive, good performance, great colors & features.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight

Not sure why but you can't use mhl adapter to connect to a tv!! The there is no hdmi output
Cons: Did not meet expectations, no hdmi output

Great tablet for a newbie

Loved having it with me on recent trip overseas. Kept up with latest news back home. Tracked flights, weather and points of interest with available WiFi. Kept up with family and friends. Nice to have photos readily available. Fit easily into my travel purse, even in the protechive case. Very nice color for photos and websites.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, just the right size
Cons: hard to come by a useble instruction manual.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Galaxy's are great

Love my Galaxy S III phone and now have the Tab 4 it's like my phone grew the only thing I can't do is call but I can Skype on it and the picture is great along with the sound. These products are awesome.

not quite my nexus 7

I have a nexus 7 that I LOVE. So although the Tab 4 is high functioning, and very fast, I only recommend this tablet for experienced tablet users, as it takes some time to get use to the functions and capabilities that the Tab4 has to offer.

Cons: Did not meet expectations

This is my third Samsung tablet and this one I bought for a Christmas present and the quality is cheep. The back is made of plastic and seems that it would break easy if it was dropped. Also there is no flash for the camera, I did not no that or I would have got another one. The display is not nearly as vivid as my other ones. Operation seems fine. Overall it is pricy for the Quality, I would have bought a no-name model if I wanted cheep.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, plastic back, no flash
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fairly simple to operate basic functions, however complicated or
non existent instructions 2 save &/or attach emails. Not as functional as a net book for travel.
