Fan broken

Installed it, turned it on, fan made a horrible noise. Appliance store sent someone to look at it. Said it was installed wrong, it's sold state - no way to get into the fan. So then he said, you need a new fan, it will take a week. I'll submit another comment when and if it's repaired properly.

Poor Results

The ovens look nice but do not perform well. Biscuits are too brown on the top and bottom and doughy in the middle. Brownies and cakes turn out spongy with many holes. Meatloaf gets crusty on the outside and remains bloody in the middle. Cookies are terrible. I have cooked for my family many years. This is the third oven I have owned. I am very disappointed and would not reccomend it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very nice oven - BUT....

After several teething troubles including having to return the first oven because when I ran the first high temperature clean to reduce the odor of the new oven I discovered that enamel had chipped off the inside of the top oven at the back. There was no way this could be repaired so the oven had to be replaced (entailing another major disturbance). Then the replacement developed problems with the upper door hinge and also the digital control pad would not work properly, but fortunately these items could be repaired in situ.
After that, things settled down, we have had the new oven almost 7 months now and so far so good. On the plus side, this is a really lovely looking oven, it looks beautiful in our kitchen, the lights inside make it sparkle. It cooks well, I have baked and cooked with it and everything was successful. Using both ovens I made a fabulous Christmas dinner, timing all the dishes, keeping casseroles and dishes warm (better than I have ever done before) and generally enjoying the whole (sometimes harrowing) experience of cooking Christmas dinner. Now that I am used to it, I really love this oven. But I DO recommend an extended warranty, the warranty is for one year, if we had had to pay for all the things that have gone wrong it would have been very expensive, it is also terribly inconvenient when things break down. I hope they improve the workmanship because on the whole it is a very nice oven.
How I arrived at the three star rating. I would give it five stars for appearance, five for efficiency, four for reliability, (because of the digital remote) and two for
workmanship.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have had this oven for several months now. Love that fact that there are no exposed burners. Controls are easy to use and intuitive. Coating on racks are a little slippery and do not have a raised lip on the end to prevent items from sliding out of the oven if you happen to jerk the rack toward you to hard when getting an item out of the oven so you have to be careful when taking items out of the ovens. Have not used the steam clean feature yet because the oven is so easy to wipe off since there are not exposed burners.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Broke After Two Weeks

The unit broke after two weeks and were not impressed. It was installed in our new house and we didn't use that much and when we did it broke. It took them a week to get the part and schedule the repair. Hopefully it doesn't break again!

One of the worse ovens I have ever owned!

We inherited this oven when we bought our new Highland Home. I can say without a doubt that this is a "builder grade" unit and not worth the money. It has extreme hot and cold spots in the oven so the food is unevenly cooked. It is especially worse if you have multiple items in the oven at the same time. In addition, the controls have a super cheap feeling, the plastic overlay is bubbly/loose, so it moves as you move your hand across the buttons and it is not intuitive at all when it comes to the timer function.
