I used my new phone Venus about 4 weeks and then used the self cleaning feature and both ovens shut down. Bottom oven was permanently locked. It took one week before problem was diagnosed. Then one week to recirve parts. Then ovens still didn't work. One more week for parts. Now it has been 3 weeks with no oven. GE has now authorized new ovens. 7-10 more days for ovens to come in and schedule installation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent oven

This double wall oven came with our new house. While it seems to take awhile to preheat, it bakes very evenly and holds the temperature quite precisely.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful, professional looking, oven with great features, including convection bake option for top oven. I have only had it for about a month, but so far, it makes baking and cooking a joy!

Oven failed after 4 uses

Oven was installed by builder of our new home. The oven failed after 4 uses with a F code and constant beeping. Had to turn off power to stop beeping. CAn use oven until it gets hot. Service taking 2 weeks for repair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lots of features and still learning!

I purchased this for a new build. Error code the first time I used the convection oven (hence the Good rating instead of Excellent). GE repairman came twice - once to diagnose and second time to replace parts, and all has worked just fine since.
I would recommend this to a friend!
