Bought two weeks ago. Why are they still being sold when the 2016 is out? Anyway, I have already unplugged it and dug out the old Roku. Dont know why I keep buying this brand. I was thinking I had router problems. No, just the streaming stick. Constantly freezing up. And horribly slow when it's not froze.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

was watching mlb tv,and had to switch to my apple tv,as the roku was buffering to much,needs a faster processor,would give it a higher score if it were faster.

I bought my Roku about a month ago, and it is without doubt the best TV/Cable decision I have ever made. Who needs cable and/or satellite if you have Roku?

I purchased this about a month ago and I am DELIVERED from CABLE!!!!!
ROKU allows me to be in control and still have access to what I want to watch without feeling forced to pay unnecessary money.
I was in the dark about ROKU... Now, I'm advertising for it...If you want access to the channels you love WITHOUT all the overhead charges. ...You definitely need to Switch...!!!

I have a Roku stick and a Roku 3 and I prefer the 3 over the stick...by far! I seem to have to always unplug the stick or reset it every time I want to use it. The 3 is used constantly and we rarely have to reset or unplug.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
