Like most of us, we buy a good inexpensive HP printer and then make up for it with expensive ink. This cartridge is as good as it gets for HP color ink and the only reason I keep buying it is because the printer refuses to die. It could be worse, I suppose.
The black ink cartridge got stuck in the cartridge holder where you insert the ink cartridge, it was not letting the cartridge in or out. It was not forced in but usually slides in easily. It destroyed my printer Cartridge holder trying to get it back out. It could not be removed as it was jammed. Couldn’t move it in or out. This is the ink I have always used in this printer and I have not had a problem before. It looked like the cartridge was not the correct size to fit. Now I’m stuck with no printer and two Cartridges of brand new ink....
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know if this is the ink cartridge's fault or not, but I wasn't seeing horizontal lines in my color printing before I installed the new cartridge and now right after installing the new cartridge and aligning as usual, the first picture that I printed has horizontal lines so the quality of photo printing is not good.
