Very Disappointing

I replaced my tri-color HP Ink Cartridge. I did not know it was a "previously used" cartridge.
I have had nothing but trouble since installing it. My printer stops printing - printing is not clear -
I have to turn off my printer and start all over. I have never had this problem before with a new cartridge.

To prevent foul-ups on our HP printer, we always use genuine HP ink cartridges.

I have used HP products for 17 years with no problem.
The Tri-Color ink is wonderful.
Color makes the pictures come alive.
Yes I tried others, twice.
Came back to HP Tri-Color.

great but the PhotoSmart D110 is fussy !

It's a wireless printer with a scanner....constantly goes offline. Am fairly tech savvy but have had to have a tech friend over 5 times to get it to print. It still won't print random things attached to emails that are crucial , like boarding passes, or work related items.
I would recommend this to a friend!

DEFECTIVE CARTRIDGE

Usually HP products are very good. However, this time the cartridge they sent is defective. It says it is incompatible to my printer? It is the same number, 60, that I always use. I haven't had a chance to send it back to them yet. Hoping they will make good for it.
