This is a really fun piece of technology. The only complaint I would say, and it's not really even a complaint is that it is pretty heavy. I love flying through space!
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display
Cons: heavy

I've had the rest vr for about two weeks and the more I use it the more I want to use it. Games are a blast when you can see like you are actually there. Photo 360 is kinda cool as well.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: apps are a little spendy

I've used the cardboard, and plastic versions of the cardboard. They do not even come close to this.
I wear bifocals and do not need them with the focus on these. There is still room to move it further for me to as my eyes get worse!
The NextVR app inside had the live fights on last night. They had various camera views. During the fight, you were on the corner of the ring! You could hear the people around you talking and you could hear the fighters. It was almost like I was really there. The only reason I say almost is everyone looked smaller than they really would. Like I was a giant watching them. And, I couldn't look behind me. A little more than 180 degree view, I'd say.
I didn't realize they had live fights and stuff on there. I was totally blown away. I just happened to put it on and see it in the main window on startup.
If you are even slightly interested in VR and have a compatible phone, I would definitely get this!
I've only talked about one thing inside one app. There are a lot more things inside that app and so many more free apps.

The product offers great visuals and functionality, but I have experienced immediate overheating and sluggishness when streaming videos.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Built-in speakers, Lightweight
Cons: overheats easily

Not a plethora of content, but such a great at- home experience. I'm sure there's a lot more on the way, possibly lower prices as well. The apps that use the gamepad are amazing.
