I love the gear vr especially the fact that u can watch movies in 3d and they really look 3d. I have the note 5...which i love but it tends to overheat very easliy to the point where i only get about 10-15 min of play with it. If it doesnt overheat then the battery dies very quickly. I love samsung pretty much everything i own is samsung so i know they will fix this problem .
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Lightweight

The design may need a little work because when you put the googles on, your eyes touch the eye glasses on the inside causing it to fog up and get smudged from your skins contact making it blurry. The googles are also uncomfortable on your face. When watching a movie in Netflix you can't lay down facing up because the movie screen on the inside is too low. Even when you reorient the layout of what you view you still have to either sit up or lay on your side to watch a movie.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: eye glasses too close on the inside.

Great experience

I've never really been one for experiencing 3-D games/movies and my last VR experience was some 15 years ago in a huge walk-in style arcade-type booth; however, it was an experience I remember most vividly. Fast forward to today and I am completely blown away by this device in terms of the graphics it echoes from the phone's display and the size of it overall.
My only complaint was that I could never get the lenses to fully bring the imagine into crisp focus. This in turn caused me to constantly readjust the Velcro straps in an attempt to bring the image into an undistorted view, which never yielded 100% successes. This could be a limitation of the device and/or wearable VR. I do not know. After about a solid 2-3 hours of wearing the device, at least in my case, my eyes and brain were ready for a break.
Truly a window on the future this device is and I can only speculate on where Samsung wants to take us with it. The good news is that the window isn't just something to merely gaze out of, but rather something to engage with head on. Highly recommended!

Cons: Too big, focus issues

Great entry in VR

This was my first attempt into the world of VR and Samsung does a great job for the price. I'm still navigating through all the features but who would have ever guessed of the possibilities in a device like this. I recommend this product!!

great product but....

like I said it's a great product but,just one little flaw that I did not like. I just wish it had an adjustment for the right eye like Binoculars do.
outside of that it is really fun to use. if you are not careful or not sitting down I could see where you could get seasick.
I also got a controller for it and that comes in handy when playing games,it also comes in handy just for general navigation.
I'm using this with the Galaxy S 6 edge Plus.
I also watched the Martian the 3d version that was an experience in itself. I watched it while streaming over Wi-Fi to actually downloaded to your phone would really take up alot of space.
but anyway all in all I'm real happy with it and would highly recommend it. ;-》

Great resolution, and very interactive!!!! Also a variety of games and apps, enough to keep anybody busy.......Only problem I have is how fast the phone overheats. Otherwise I love it!!!!!
