So much fun

The Gear VR may not have all the features of a full Oculus Rift, but there is already plenty of content to choose from and it's so much fun and it's really amazing to have a full 360 degree view of your virtual environment.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight, fun
Cons: Not high def
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's like having your own movie theater

My Husband was finally right!

My Husband is the Techie in the family, and was a IT Manager for 25 years. He is always trying to show me how do something he describes as "Really Neat" on the computer, usually which I have no interest in at all. I use the computer, he built me, for two things Facebook & Shopping, that's it. Well the other day he brought two new Samsung S7 Edge phones home to replace our old units, and I have to say I was surprised how much I liked them, but what really blew my mind away was the Samsung Gear VR he got with them. These things are downright amazing. We are retired and have been on a few trips to England and Germany, but I always wanted to go to Paris too. Well yesterday I spent over an hour and a half in virtual Paris & London and I have to say it was wonderful. I sat in a swivel chair and spun around and around looking at the 3D virtual reality world and could not believe the sensation that I was actually there. I kept hearing my husband in the background yelling, "what do you see, what do you see" every time I squealed with delight at the next picture. He kept saying you ain't seen nothing yet but I would not stop looking at the 3d pictures to let him show me other features. He finally gave up and left me to my wonderful short vacation trip in Europe. I never thought I would admit this but my Husband was finally right about a tech gadget that was "Really Neat", actually even better than that it's fantastic. I want to thank you for making a device that us lowly non tech people can use and appreciate. I look forward to many new adventures in the future with my VR Gear. It's a good thing we have two of them because my Husband would never get to use it. Again thanks for a wonderful piece of equipment. I can't wait to see the virtual videos.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight, take a trip without leaving home.
Cons: would be great if the device was in full 1080p

Definitely an incredible experience for everyone in the house. It was even enough to convert my cousin to get a Galaxy S6 from the iPhone!
