It's the future

I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical that this would be more of a gimmick like 3D was; Ya its cool but not really practical but I am now pretty sure that VR will be the future of gaming. It is fun, entertaining and I have yet to play something that has made me feel sick. My only gripe is that a Bluetooth controller of some sort should be included. Ya the touch controls work great for navigating but nobody wants to play a game with their hand next to their head the whole time. This should have been a no brainer in my book.
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight
Cons: no controller

I love it, it is easy for me and my kids to use, I like all the apps. especially the ocean rift
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight

while some write off VR as a niche product or a fad a simple demo of what the GearVR can do had me sold. I wouldn't say this is a gotta have product for everyone but the experience is really cool and worth the expense for me. Anyone on the fence really needs to try it once and you will be hooked

I have been sceptical about VR for a long time. I'm now just excited to see how far we can take it, and the Gear VR is a great way to start.

The VR is a good product but not worth it if you are paying for it. The apps that are included are very minimal and not much fun to use. The apps that can be bought are expensive. But have to say that using the photo app make you feel like you are in those places.

it's very refreshing and fun to see everything in 360 degree as you're inside the event you're watching! the glasses are comfortable and great for the price! This is will be a great gift for someone who loves technology! I highly recommend it!

For being one of the first products available commercially to experience virtual reality, this Samsung Gear VR is pretty awesome. The features are so immersive that despite the graphics being average it still feels like I'm somewhere entirely different.
