Have only had this product two days but are very happy with it so far. It has all the features we were looking for to replace our old microwave oven. Not only is it larger but the rounded "corners" inside allow a greater size and shape of items to be microwaved. We are looking forward to using this beautiful new appliance.

Heats or cooks quickly. Very easy to clean! Easy to use. Perfect size to heat a large plate of food or cooking vessels. We had a similar model that lasted 7 years with daily use.

My old microwave (same product) lasted 7 years which seems to be about average. I liked it so I bought a new one that was just the same. Would recommend. A full plate fits in the microwave with no problem and the defrost feature works well.

There is no real instructions with this item. The instructions are vague and do not explain any of the items capabilities. This is the first GE product I have bought that I am not happy with. There are codes that come up but there is nowhere in the instructions that tells you what they are or what to do next.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks like a more expensive Profile model.

The new microwave works great. The buttons for different functions are not located in the same place as my previous GE Profile microwave, but it's just a learning curve. So far, no complaints here.

Much bigger than we needed. It was super easy to install, and set the clock. I go it to run easy enough.
