This was a replacement unit. Thank god it fit inside the cabinet over the oven just right. Easy to operate.

Adding another GE appliance to the kitchen gives me confidence that this is another best product that will last and if needed support it will be there.

Great display, no user manual included

The main reason I chose this microwave was for the clarity of the display, white on black. I have low vision, and I can actually read the labels on the buttons, unlike many other microwaves I looked at. Thank You! It also has a full complement of features, and it has worked well so far - I just installed it yesterday.
The only downside was that no user manual was packaged with the box. The online manual is fine, but I have to print out the pages in order to use it in the kitchen, away from my computer. The printout is in small type and is difficult to read.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far it seems to be an excellent unit. The heating times are different from our previous model, so we will see how it goes
