Buttons wearing out already!!

It has only been a few months and some of the button(start and 30 second) are puckered and will likely breakdown soon. I had my last microwave for years and that didn’t happen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Why change a good design?

This replaced a GE microwave that was in the house when we purchased it 11 years ago. This model is almost identical to the old one, same size and controls, etc. It performs as expected and we hope it lasts like the other one did.
