I bought this product but it stopped warming food after 3 months of purchase.

We regret hearing about the difficulty you're having with your microwave. Please make sure you have allowed a 3" minimum air clearance on each side, at the top as well as 1" clearance in the rear for proper operation. If you have not already done so, disconnect power to your microwave for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics. If the issue persists once the power has been restored, you will need service. We recommend calling Bodewell, our service company, at 1-800-432-2737 to discuss your options under the terms of the warranty.
