Great Microwave

I bought this on New Years Eve 2016. My old one just died and I needed a replacement quickly. It took a little while to learn the buttons and what they do, but all in all a great replacement.

This is our 2nd Microwave oven and our 2nd GE. The 1st one lasted over 30 years and finally "died" a few months ago. So when we researched a new oven, the first one we looked into again was GE. The ratings were top and we decided to go with GE again. No problems so far. Works great and we anticipate at least another 30 years with it!

Unable to power unit down for cooking

I bought this before Christmas for cooking frozen food, but I am unable to make this unit power down. I don't know why I can not make this power down. Can anyone help??
