We bought this microwave a few weeks ago, and so far we are very happy with it. I love the size as I can heat things up on my bigger plates and casserole dishes. It has tons of settings, and is super easy to use. I would definitely recommend this product.

It heats up food so fast and the fact that it's huge you can fit anything you want to heat up !!

Owners manual

No owners manual was provided with this unit. Got a Quick Use & Care sheet with 6 pages that leaves a lot to be desire. There is no trim kit for the unit to allow built in match above the GE wall oven we have. The unit is not available in Canada where we want to install it to replace a GE unit that is no longer made. I would recommend it to others if it were supported in Canada. Too many questions to really recommend it to others.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
