I just plugged it in, took off the protective wrapping, and presto, works like a charm. I bought it because it is highly rated AND the controls are an exact duplicate of the over the stove unit we had in our previous home.
I would recommend this to a friend!

GE Changed Since Our Last Purchase

The controls on the microwave have changed since our last microwave purchase 5 years ago... Seems very complicated and not user friendly for the blind or for senior citizens...
