Love all the features of this microwave!

I chose this model microwave because of the features, size and price. The microwave I had for approximately 16 years quit suddenly. I wanted a replacement similar to my previous one… this one fit the bill! Love it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Less then a year and it stopped heating!!!

Pick this up because it went with my kitchen. Less then a year and it doesn't heat. I've tried to schedule service since it has a year warranty but GE website says it's out of warranty. So frustrating. April 2023 will be a year. Expensive microwave to be breaking in less then a year!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We know it’s incredibly frustrating when any appliance gives you trouble, but it’s even worse when it’s something that sees a lot of use like a microwave. We would first suggest taking a look at the article below for some things you can check on your own.

If none of that helps, this model is considered a return-to-vendor item; we do not repair these items and this microwave should instead be returned to the store it was originally purchased. If you are outside of the return window, please contact our service department directly by calling 1-800-432-2737 and they will be able to assist you with a warranty claim. Please keep in mind that you will need to have proof-of-purchase to show that you purchased the microwave less than a year ago; if you do not still have your original receipt, the retailer you purchased it from can provide a copy.

Ok for the price

This is the 3rd (same model) that we’ve installed since 2008. I don’t know what it is but they just stop heating but is the only model that works in the space installed.

This is my 3rd one over the years. Although my 2nd didn't last as long as my first one, I'm still happy with this model. My first one is still working over 8 years now.

I love the fact that I can thaw out large packages of frozen meats and vegetables. It's awesome that full complete meals can be cooked in my microwave. I love it!!!

Didn't last long

This is the 2nd one purchased of this type of microwave. We did a kitchen remodel 2-1/2 years ago and purchased this model and it obviously only lasted that long so very disappointed in that. We had to get this one because the whole built for this microwave will only fit this one. I hope this one lasts longer than the last one.
