We just installed the microwave and it looks great. I love the features but I feel the start guide could be more helpful. It doesn't explain how to use the POWER feature. I have no idea how to change the power.

Returned 1st purchase because of warped door. Replaced with identical one. Seems poorly/cheaply made, especially the door. Now, after just 2 months, it suddenly stopped, NO POWER, Outlet is fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We had to replace our previous GE microwave that we had for about 20 years, nothing compares to this microwave. They are the best size and wattage. I love that you can add on 30 seconds and the sensor cooking works perfect.

OVEN" GOOD. QUALITY CONTROL" POOR

So far, after one day's use, the oven seems to work pretty well. I like the way the controls work - for simple jobs, you just push one button. However, the QUALITY CONTROL on this appliance is TERRIBLE! How did this thing ever get in a box, let alone in my house? Starting with the first time we opened the door, there was a LOUD SNAPPING noise; obviously, the hinges weren't installed properly.
I would recommend this to a friend!
