The size of this microwave is great. Large enough to heat multiple items. It's easy to use and at 1100 watts, does not take long to warm up lunch or heat leftovers.

It's HUGE!

This microwave is spacious and super easy to use! I can defrost 5- to 20 lbs of meat in there easily because I can fit a huge casserole dish on there. We have a big family and this makes it so much easier when you can do enough food for many people at once. I also love the sleek stainless steel look!! Great vibes for the kitchen!!

Just installed this model as a replacement for our GE Profile microwave that went out after 11 years. We would have gotten the new GE Profile, but the dimensions were off by an inch.

Microwave not heating

My JES2051SN4SS microwave is about a year old, may be less and it has stopped heating today. It was very loud from day one. Now exploring options who to contact for warranty coverage. Not a very good experience with this product.

My old microwave lived for 36 years and just died one evening. This new model is shiny, smaller, and has more cooking features. I enjoy using it.

I love how large it is inside along with the flat ceiling for my magnetic food cover to attach, the rounded corners for easy cleaning, and the keypad options. I gave it a 4 only, because, the door does not always shut completely, you have to open back up and shut again to get the light to go out.

We like the control panel and size of this unit. Replaced the unit in 2003, then 2012, and now 2020, with the same model when possible. That's a long time between failures for a unit that is used every day, many times a day. Attractive and matches other GE appliances.
