Great Features; Mean Time Between Failure is 2 yrs with no cost effective means for repair or spare parts availability.

I purchased this, sight unseen, online 3 months ago. I needed to download and print the user guide to learn the features, & still refer to it often. Now, I love some of the shortcuts (press 1 for 1 minute, 2 for 2 minutes, etc, & the 30-sec key). The defrost feature is good. The rounded interior makes cleaning easier. I wish there was a "keep warm" feature. I am happy with my purchase.

This is my second microwave the first one I had to leave and the house I sold because the person buying it wanted it. It was 10 years old and was used at lease 10 time a day.

This is the second GE JES2051DN4BB that I have purchased. The first was 8/2019. That unit worked very well until 11/2020. Unfortunately I was not wise enought to choose the extended warantee offer at the time of purchase. Being 2 months outside of the warantee period I had to purchase a replacement.
When I began an extensive searching for a replacement unit I came right back to the same GE unit. That unit proved to be the best microwave available at an exceptable price. The many features included size, style and appearance, multiple cooking settings, ease of using the many features, When you find a great product stop looking and buy it.
