Love the reheat!

We use the reheat button continuously. You don’t need a cover and it heats perfectly.

Great Microwave

We liked the previous sister product that was our go to for over 10 years before it finally died. We replaced it with one just like it as far as cooking goes but had to settle for one that was stainless rather than all white like to one before.

When I unpacked it, one of the corners was broken off. Too heavy to repack and return to store so I kept it. Doesn’t look like it had been used but it may have been. The film over the “1” button was peeling off only after a week’s use. BUT it does look nice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Retired79 - Thanks for your purchase! We're so glad you like the appearance of your new microwave. Many of our microwaves are now packed with a plastic film applied to the outside of the door and control panel ro prevent scratching during shipping. You can remove the film before using the microwave. This is a static cling film that should peel off easily. We hope this helps. - Sharon@GEA

I love this microwave and would give it a 5 star review if it wasn't for the complicated way of changing heat levels and the basic start up. It seems unnecessarily difficult. Maybe make the keypad more user friendly and/or the instructions be included on how to achieve each change of level, cooking type, etc.
