The door flexes when pressing closed from top right corner, so have to close from lower on the right side to get it to close. Platter does not land the item back at starting position (have to go find the handle on the dish or cup to lift hot item out). Pressing start when inprogress does not add 30 seconds, but must find and press the add 30 sec button.

I t is a very nice looking microwave and it looks great in my kitchen. I like the large interior for bigger casseroles. The reheat function is great as the food is just right after reheating. Also, the defrosting function is just right . I hope it lasts for a long time because I really do like it.
