Loved my last GE bought another

My old GE microwave lasted a long time. We bought it used and have love the added features it has. Very pleased with the functions on our new GE.

Great Microwave

My parents bought a large GE microwave years ago. When they passed away I inherited the home. I continued to use this microwave until it physically looked bad but still worked. I decided I wanted the same microwave by GE and was fortunate enough to find one almost exactly like the one I have. So excited to use my new GE microwave because I know they are built to last from experience. Thank you GE for making such a great product.

great upgrade

Needed to get a new microwave and wanted to upgrade. Like all the features included in this one and works really great. Heats up very quickly. 10 seconds in this one was equal to a full minute in my old one

Quit working after 52 Days

The Microwave would run it just would not heat the items up, it become very hot inside of the oven. I made sure I performed every one of the troubleshooting tips for the problem - "Oven will not start" and none of them would make the oven work. I Bought JES2051SNSS - 2-3-21 it quit working on 3-26-21 (52 Days). I had to purchase JES2051SNSS a new one one 3-27-21. I lost the cost of the first one I bought, the store kept it. I hope this new one lasts longer then 52 days. I will see if I was a fool for purchasing the same model of oven that I had a problem with, or if I just purchased a bad oven that quality control did not do their job on and I was the unlucky person to receive it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
