We purchased this same microwave in 2011. It served us well and was consistent with heating and decently quiet. It finally went out on us after 10 years. We decided to stick with what we know and we are not disappointed! It seems even quieter than our last unit. Thank you!

love the new microwave. it replaced a Panasonic that had issues due to power surge at the last place we lived. this one works so much better and is way quieter
