It worked great, large enough to cook what we needed. Timer worked while also microwaving stuff. Then boom 6 weeks in no longer works. As loud as a 747 and turns, but no heat. Trying to get help to replace it has been a nightmare as well. Would not recommend.

This is the 3rd one we've purchased in the past 15 years. We also installed the matching surround so that it looks built in. We use it to cook, heat up and thaw. We use it every day.

A constant complaint of mine is resetting the clock. My power goes out regularly, and I know it is inexpensive to have a battery back up on processor.
It is a fairly easy unit to use and I am happy with it.
