this is the 2nd one I purchased. 1st one only lasted 2 years and 2 months. it is only myself and wife so it was not over used or abused.

Very happy with all the features but really impressed with it's capacity and rounded corners on the inside which allows bigger bowls and such when re-heating items.

I needed to replace my microwave as I use it often and mine finally saw the end of its useful life. This was more than I needed, but has proven to be an excellent choice as I am taking advantage of its features to streamline my kitchen experiences
