The microwave was great in every way until it stopped heating after a little over 1 1/2 years. Otherwise I'd have given the product 5 stars. We got another one because our credit card extends the manufacturer's warranty from one to two years, and this model fits perfectly in the space we have available for a microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

pleased to find this microwave as a perfect replacement for my previous GE purchased 17 years ago. it fits exactly into the custom made cabinet with same buttons placement which is helpful for vision impaired user. Interior size is bigger and great for holiday cooking
